Thank you for choosing MILLIA for your purchase. We strive to provide you with high-quality bags and a satisfying shopping experience. If, for any reason, you are not completely satisfied with your bag purchase, we are here to assist you.
- Returns:
- You may return any unused, undamaged bag within 14 days of receiving your order for a refund or exchange. To be eligible for a return, the item must be unused, in the same condition as received, and in its original packaging.
- Exchanges:
- If you receive a defective or damaged bag, we are happy to exchange it for the same item. Please contact our customer service team at customer@milliastudio.com within 14 days of receiving your order to request an exchange.
- Refunds:
- Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund. If approved, your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your original method of payment within 10 business days.
- Return shipping:
- To return your product, please contact our customer service team at customer@milliastudio.com to obtain a return authorization (RA) number. Please include the RA number on the outside of the package. You will be responsible for paying your own shipping costs for returning your item. Shipping costs are non-refundable.
- Non-returnable items:
- Certain items are non-returnable, including:
- Items that have been visibly used or damaged
- Items not in their original condition or packaging
- Items with tags removed
- Personalized or customized items
- How to initiate a return:
- To initiate a return, please contact our customer service team at customer@milliastudio.com with your order number and details about the product you would like to return. We will guide you through the return process.
- Damaged or defective items:
- If you receive a damaged or defective item, please contact us immediately with photos of the product and packaging. We will work with you to arrange a return or exchange.
- Refunds on gift purchases:
- If the item was marked as a gift when purchased and shipped directly to you, you'll receive a gift credit for the value of your return. Once the returned item is received, a gift certificate will be mailed to you.
